This Combat Precision designed 1911 grip safety is a high-precision part engineered to exceptional standard. Beyond “drop-in”, this safety is designed to allow any qualified smith the flexibility to fit any previously cut .250 radius frame, or one that requires cutting to a specified radius.

.245 Radius
Prehardened 4140 with final hardness 28-32 RC
.310-.312 frame slot to minimize side to side play
Slightly over-sized in key areas to allow precise fitting to most in-spec 1911 frames
Removal cut - allowing the grip safety to be removed without the mainspring housing removed
Arm can easily be modified for Series 80 style frames

All parts are sold as they are off the machine in the ready to be finished stage. All parts are returnable with a RA ( return authorization ) number. All parts returned must be in the original
unopened packaging, free of any modifications, sand blasting, etc.
All parts are under a lifetime warranty under normal and proper use. Any modifications done to a pistol that could cause failure to a part will not be covered under warranty.
